We implement intelligent control over the entire process from raw material melting, precision forming, in-line inspection to finished product winding, and provide a full range of smooth, single/double textured and composite geomembranes to serve seepage control projects in water conservancy, environmental protection, aquaculture, mining and municipal sectors.

I. Smart Manufacturing Upgrade: What Makes Our Geomembrane Production Lines Stand Out?

1. Intelligent forming process with fully automatic central control for unified parameter regulation

The fully automatic central control system uniformly regulates temperature, speed and thickness parameters throughout the forming process.

The core anti-seepage layer is made of virgin HDPE resin blended with long-term anti-aging masterbatch, delivering superior barrier performance.

Reinforced by inner and outer modified elastic layers, the product remains free from brittle fracture at -40℃ and free from delamination under 70℃ high-temperature exposure.

The closed-loop in-line thickness measurement system controls the thickness tolerance accurately within ±0.02mm, eliminating risks of uneven thickness and localized seepage.

2. Wide-width integrated production adaptable to diverse project requirements

The production line forms wide-width geomembranes in a single pass, greatly reducing on-site weld seams and lowering seepage risks.

It can simultaneously produce smooth geomembranes, single textured and double textured studded geomembranes.

Thickness is customizable from 0.2mm to 3.0mm, with optional colors including black, green, white and blue.

Equipped with auxiliary composite laminating lines, it integrally forms one-fabric-one-membrane and two-fabric-one-membrane composite geomembranes, eliminating the secondary laminating process and doubling production capacity.

3. Dust-free standardized workshop with strict raw material quality control

We adhere to 100% virgin polyethylene raw materials and strictly prohibit adulteration with recycled materials.

The automatic closed mixing system realizes computer-controlled precise measurement of raw material ratio, free from manual dosing errors.

The water-cooled constant-temperature extrusion process generates no harmful fumes during production, featuring environmental friendliness and low energy consumption.

A professional quality inspection station is set at the end of the production line. Each roll of geomembrane undergoes four mandatory tests on tensile strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance and permeability coefficient before delivery, with national standard-compliant test reports issued. Unqualified products are directly isolated and scrapped.
